I am 5ft 9, about 146 lbs. pretty fit, but with stubborn saddlebags. I did inner and outer thighs. The procedure was pretty annoying, but not painful! Just laying in a weird position not being able to move an inch while treating outer thighs (1 hr15 min each side, was very uncomfortable! I also was one of the unfortunate people who had late onset pain for about 7 days, starting about 3rd day...

Knocked it out of the park ... again! I did my abdominal "diamond," and I'm not gonna' lie - the "massage" after each area was frozen was PAINFUL! (The feeling of the sensation rushing back to the frozen nerves wasn't a picnic either.) But the painful part of the procedure lasted only a few minutes, and it was much worse on my upper abdomen than my lower. Also had some delayed onset nerve...
